Farm-saved seed payments support continued investment in improved varieties, bred for UK conditions.
Farmers are required by law to declare their use of farm-saved seed to BSPB, and to pay for the use of eligible varieties.
Farmers should declare their farm-saved seed use to BSPB using any of the five methods below, although we recommend the online declaration form as being the quickest and easiest:
•••••••Use the online declaration form
•••••••Fax to 01353 661156
•••••••Return the declaration form in the envelope provided
•••••••Phone 01353 653209
Any outstanding payments for the use of eligible varieties will be calculated and invoiced automatically by BSPB.
