Royalty payments on farm-saved seed support continued investment in improved varieties, bred for UK conditions.
Farmers are required by law to declare their use of farm-saved seed to BSPB, and to pay for the use of eligible varieties.
Farmers can report their farm-saved seed use to BSPB using any of the five methods below:
Any outstanding payments for the use of eligible varieties will be calculated and invoiced automatically by BSPB.
